- 100 g diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 5.5 ml CBD Olive oil
- 30 g raw spinach
- 130 g black beans
- 2 eggs beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Toss Diced Tomato, Cilantro And CBD oil together in a small bowl And Set Aside.
- Heat A Non-Stick Skillet Over Medium Heat.
- Spray With Non-Stick Cooking Spray.
- Add Spinach And Black Beans.
- Saute For 1 Minute Until Spinach Has Wilted And Cooked Down.
- Add Eggs To Pan And Cook For 1-2 Minutes Until Cooked.
- Season With Salt, Pepper
