CBD INFUSED BLUEBERRY OATMEAL
This Blueberry Banana Baked Oatmeal is easy to make and perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast or snack throughout the week!

Ingredients
  • 210g oats
  • 85g CBD Honey
  • 1/8teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon cinnamon
  • 355ml coconut, almond or hemp milk
  • 1teaspoon vanilla
  • 150g fresh blueberries
  • 1tablespoon organic grass-fed butter or coconut oil
  • 2tablespoons brown sugar
  • 25g oats
  • 30g chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160c. Line the cups of a standard 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners, and grease the papers.
  2. Stir together the oats, CBD Honey, salt and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla.
  4. Pour the milk and egg mixture into the oats and stir to combine. Set aside.
  5. Using your fingers or a fork, crumble the butter, brown sugar, oats and walnuts together. Set aside.
  6. Fill the cups of the muffin pan about three-quarters full. Top each one with 4-5 blueberries and about 1 tablespoon walnut topping.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then remove from pan. Reheat in microwave when ready to eat and serve with CBD coconut oil.
